Jo Jo Bilingual Education

Welcome to Jo Jo Bilingual Education.

Jo Jo Bilingual Education has developed a range of different programs that cater for playgroups, Childcare Centres, Early Learning Centres that combine a kindergarten program and other language teaching Institutes to educate young children in a second language, either: Chinese, Spanish or German. Jo Jo Bilingual Early Learning Programs provide all of this and more. It is an innovative program that has been rated by Monash University with a High Distinction for being a quality early language learning program.

Kimmba Bilingual Learning Inc., established in 2007, is the very first multilingual playgroup that provides 3-5 year old kinder age children's preschool education in a playgroup setting, using the Jo Jo Bilingual 'Early Education' Program. It has grown from the initial 25 children learning one language, to now involving around 150 children learning three languages: Chinese, Spanish and German. It runs weekly language lessons for children newborn -12 years of age at four different easily accessible locations.

The growth of Kimmba in the past four years has demonstrated that Jo Jo Bilingual’s 'Early Learning' program has helped and encouraged so many families and children to gain the benefit of bilingual learning from a very young age, improving their cognitive development, building up their self-esteem, confidence and adding to the value of diverse multiculturalism.

Kimmba is the first playgroup association in Australia that is aimed at the acceptance of families and children who come from diverse nationalities and backgrounds and who speak different languages. Kimmba also believes that a society that accepts its peoples’ colours, races, and languages, is a successful, well-functioning society and one in which we would like our children to live and grow.
